Neighbor finds my camera and looks at it curiously

I was testing the battery life of my new Kodak PlaySport Zx3 camera so I put it on a tripod and pointed it out the window. My neighbor spotted it in the window. The 1080p video quality is actually quite impressive if you mount it on a tripod. Don't try to hand hold it at 1080p though, because it looks like jello. Shoot 720p @ 60fps if you are going to hand hold. Also, 1080p wide angle is 48mm equivalent while 720p is 36mm equivalent....don't ask why because I don't know. BTW, the battery only lasted 1hr 22min while shooting 1080p with the screen brightness in the middle setting.
